My blog focused on my direct experiences around topics of mental wellbeing. Why? As I am affected by a mental illness, namely depression, I would like to be useful and talk about how I deal with it in a lighthearted way. I will do it through writing some experiences I had as well as some practical things I do that make me in control of it, rather than it controlling me. I am open to chat about my experience, inlcuding difficult topics, as I went through some dark phases but I now feel better and ready to share to help others in similar situations.
